Roles and Responsibilities:- Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, anticipating needs and providing instruments and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in patient care before, during, and after procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report any issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed to prevent shortages and ensure efficient operations.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions, answering questions and providing support.
Desired Candidate Profile:- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an endoscopy or related healthcare setting is preferred.
- Experience in working with a variety of endoscopic equipment, including scopes, processors, and related accessories.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of infection control practices and sterilization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
