Role Summary

The Digital Health Coordinator will manage and promote digital health initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and patient engagement. This role combines healthcare knowledge with marketing and communication skills to support outdoor activities, events, and service promotions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Coordination: 
   
  • Oversee digital health services

  • Support patient, in-house target audience onboarding and ensure compliance with programme protocols.

• Communication & Marketing: 
   
  • Act as a brand ambassador during outdoor activities and health campaigns.

  • Promote services effectively to target audiences.
•  
  • Assist in creating marketing content and coordinating internal and external media updates.
•  
• Sales & Outreach: 
   
  • Engage with potential clients during events to generate leads.
•  
  • Explain programme benefits and encourage enrolment.
•  
• Data & Reporting: 
   
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare reports for management.
