| Description | Roles and Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, Google, SMS, email) to support brand visibility and patient acquisition. - Manage coordination with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely rollout of marketing initiatives. - Develop and maintain healthcare-compliant content for digital platforms, print materials, and events. - Utilize tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to schedule, monitor, and optimize campaign performance. - Monitor and manage social media channels, including engagement, reviews, and timely responses. - Update and optimize website content using CMS, applying basic SEO practices to enhance digital visibility. - Lead and coordinate the execution of events, webinars, and PR activities including media placements and influencer collaborations. - Oversee the implementation and tracking of patient engagement programmes, including loyalty, awareness, and retention-focused campaigns. - Analyze and report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement. - Perform any other related duties assigned by the line Manager in alignment with departmental and organizational goals. Desired Candidate Profile· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. · Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital, healthcare, or patient engagement roles. · Healthcare industry experience is preferred. · Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus. Proficiency with digital marketing tools including CMS, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms. |
